My GF is 17 years older than me. She is the love of my life. Comunication is key, find his intentions by observing his actions and words. Don't move quickly keep it slow. Like my relationship we have known each other for over a year as coworkers and friends before we started dating. But with us there was just a strong connection we could both feel. You should be able to talk about anything, doesn't matter what, break each other down.
